Who is Juancho Hernangomez?

Juan Alberto “Juancho” Hernangómez Geuer is a 26-year-old professional basketball player from Spain, who currently plays for the Utah Jazz in the NBA. He was originally drafted to the NBA for the Denver Nuggets in 2016, where he played for four years. Since then, he’s been traded to the Minnesota Timberwolves, Boston Celtics, San Antonio Spurs and, most recently, the Utah Jazz. He also played in the Spain national team.

Hustle is Hernangómez’s first acting film. He got the job simply by sending in an audition tape which was, according to Hustle producer Joseph Vecsy, much better than the others.
