RALEIGH, North Carolina, January 6, 2022 / PRNewswire / – BOA Nutrition announced it has signed a deal with Duke top scorer and captain, Wendell Moore, Jr. The player will be featured in the company’s new advertising campaign and on social media over the coming months. Moore was one of the many basketball players at Duke who started using the company’s sodium substitute, BOA ENDURE, after struggling with cramps in the second half of an early game this season.

BOA Nutrition has signed an agreement with duke top scorer and captain, Wendell Moore, Jr.

Asked about BOA, Moore said: “I started using BOA in December when my coach suggested he could help me replace the sodium I lose during games. I loved it right away and no doubt it helped me … and the taste is great too. ” Moore is a junior guard on duke team and currently leads the team in points and assists. Many NBA analysts are predicting Moore could be a lottery pick in this year’s NBA Draft, if he decides to leave early. Before registering for Duke, Moore was the MVP of consecutive State Championship teams for Cox Mill High School at Concorde, North Carolina.

“We are delighted that Wendell has chosen to become a corporate ambassador,” said Jon pritchett, President and CEO of BOA Nutrition. “Not only are we delighted to have one of the best college basketball players in the country representing us, we are also proud to have a local star from North Carolina. The State of Tar Heel has a great tradition of college basketball, but we also have an incredible legacy of creating innovative products in our state. To have Wendell among the people who can help us tell the incredible story of how BOA creates new products that help optimize athlete performance at all levels of competition is an exciting opportunity for all of us, ”said Pritchett.
